I would like to introduce you to something that would like to call "hybrid domain flipping" as an easy and effective way to make money online.Basic combines domain flipping and flip the site in an easy money making method that is not exactly a new or unknown method, but there are plenty of people who do not know about this and it works, so I figured this would agree with you.
Here are the steps to take in order to make money from this method:
1) to buy a domain in which it has existing PageRank (PR).
There are many places to buy cheap domains for already PR so this step is not nearly as difficult as it might seem at first.A good place to find them quickly and very low cost is the sales department at digitalpoint forums domain; however, you can also get to sitepoint, sedo, the representatives of the domain name, and many other places.
The important thing is that it has a valid PR or are generic enough to be used with any type of content or are specialized specially so that you can only put this type of content. 2) put up a blog and some content about the sector.
You need to put content on the field in the form of a static Web page or blog.I recommend a blog, because it will be easier to update and it will be easier to sell also will be more likely to receive a higher amount of money for a blog.

Since you have purchased a domain with existing PR of age must have been some backlinks and perhaps even some traffic coming into this. you do not want to spend a lot of time or money marketing because this point is to flip and earn money with the least amount of effort as possible; however, only will help if you are a marketing. I could make a run on multiple social bookmarking sites and make some types of lists with links to point to. both of these are free and can be done fairly quickly.
4) Flip for profit.
Now is the time to flip, pay money. per inhabitant in flippa.com or another site selling market and this put out to tender. recommend to keep for a couple of months before you do this if, however, make sure that you can continue building on this space, so that you always some ready to flip after an initial period of wait.
Some would call this site flipping and others will call flip, don't really believe either one but not more than a combination of both. What do you want to call it just know that it is a great way to make money without spending too much time or effort to do so.
